In 2020, our dream of opening up a Spanish restaurant was crushed by the COVID-19 pandemic. But our desire to make Puerto Rican cuisine for the masses to enjoy was still burning within us, so we decided to open up a Food Truck - The Spirit of San Juan.

In the tradition of San Juan, the capitol of Puerto Rico, we wanted to show what happens when passionate food lovers get together and decide to share their talents with the world.
